Trying my hand at cutting some
crystal at Sean Daly's workshop.
Thanks Sean for a wonderful
experience and great memories!
Crystal Clear is here!

My newest novel is available for purchase!
I actually wrote the outline for this story on my way home from Ireland after a great visit with lots of exciting and wonderful adventures. Wonderful because the people and places I visited were incredible.
I kissed the Blarney Stone, went to a Renaissance dinner in a castle, tried my hand at cutting crystal in a little workshop on the Dingle Peninsula, and so much more!
Exciting because, guess what? People drive on the opposite side of the road in Ireland. And I rented a a car with a stick shift!!
Oh yeah, there were some exciting times until my traveling partner and I decided on something I've done all my flying career; cockpit resource management. For those of you who are not pilots, cockpit resource management is a term for assigning duties to those in the vehicle (car, plane, boat, locomotive, bumpercar - whatever) to assist with navigation and safety.
Safety was a big issue! We figured out within a couple blocks of the car rental lot that pulling into traffic required looking both directions at least three times! My companion had the responsibility of screaming if anything was coming, from any direction. Especially if it was something like a big bus or lorry. She did well.
And did I mention, Ireland has a lot of round-abouts? Now there's an E-ticket ride from hell! After a while I got the hang of driving on the left, shifting with my left hand and following a car that seemed to be going our way out of a roundy . I have to admit there was a lot of course reversals that first week and we found some places that were definitely not on the tourist maps, but what the heck. Adventure is adventure and did, we have adventure!

Finally, with the help of Covid quarantines, I have published Crystal Clear. It's an exciting tale of murder, a terrorist plot, and one woman's path to love and acceptance. Let me know what you think!
